This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Five Winds Senior Living ("Five Winds," "we," or "us"). We are a senior housing investment and operating platform. This site describes the platform and lets capital partners schedule a conversation with us.

This site is not a resident placement service. If you are looking for care for a family member, the communities named on this site have their own websites and their own privacy notices.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through fivewindssl.com, including pages, forms, the embedded meeting calendar, and email you send in response to the site.It does not cover information we collect later in a private conversation, in offering documents, or in a subscription process. Those are governed by the documents themselves and any privacy notice attached to them. It also does not cover the communities we operate, which have their own resident and employee privacy practices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you schedule a meeting, email us, or call us, we may collect:

- Name, email address, and phone number

- Firm or entity, title, and role

- The date and time you choose for a meeting, and your time zone

- Anything you choose to tell us about your interest, mandate, or questions

 

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or accreditation documents through this website. If any of that is ever needed, it is requested later, directly, and outside this site.Information collected automatically.

 

When you visit, our service providers collect technical data through cookies and similar technologies:

- IP address and approximate location (city or region, not a street address)

- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size

- Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, referring site, and search terms that brought you here

- Whether a meeting was booked through the embedded calendar

 

We use this to keep the site working, to understand which pages are useful, and to measure whether the site leads to conversations.Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information about you from a referral, a mutual contact, or a public professional source such as a firm website or LinkedIn. We use it only to prepare for or follow up on a conversation you asked for.We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Cookies and analytics

We use these tools on this site:

- Google Ads. If we run search advertising, we may use Google Ads conversion measurement and remarketing so we can tell whether an ad led to a meeting and show ads to people who have already visited this site. We do not upload personal information to Google for this.

Your controls. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner when you first visit, and change that choice later from the link in the footer.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work, including the calendar.We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals because there is no common standard for them; the cookie controls above apply regardless.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these cases:

- Service providers who host the site, run analytics, send email, or operate the calendar. They may use the information only to provide those services to us. Current providers include Wix, Google, and GoHighLevel.

- Within Five Winds. The founding partners and the people who help us follow up on conversations. We may also share contact information with affiliated entities or communities if a conversation moves forward.- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and compliance consultants, under confidentiality obligations.

- Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Five Winds, our communities, or others.

- Business transfers. If Five Winds or the platform is reorganized, merged, or acquired, contact records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined in California law. We do not give your information to data brokers or list vendors.

How long we keep information

We keep contact records for as long as we need them to follow up, to maintain a business relationship, or to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and then delete or archive them in the ordinary course. As a general rule:

- Meeting requests and email correspondence: kept while the conversation is active and for up to three years after the last contact, unless a relationship or legal obligation requires longer.

- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains event-level data for 14 months, after which it is aggregated.

- Server logs and security records: kept by Wix under its own retention schedule.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:- Tell you what personal information we hold about you- Correct information that is inaccurate- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep- Stop sending you follow-up email

To make a request, email Reid Hamilton at reid@arecess.com. We will confirm who you are before acting, usually by replying to the email address or phone number we have on file. We will respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information from site visitors: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); professional information (firm, title); internet and network activity (pages viewed, referring site); approximate geolocation; and the contents of messages you send us. We collect it from you, your device, and public professional sources, for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we will ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.

This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including the meeting calendar and any hosted video. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or handling of your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use personal information we already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect by posting a notice on this page and, where we have your email, by writing to you.
